When you enroll in our academic coaching program, you can be sure that your coaches are highly trained, dedicated, and responsive to your needs. We recruit, screen, and hire only the sharpest, most skilled coaches in the world. If they are not at the top of their game, they will not be working with us. We oversee our staff by having them check and turn into their supervisor a 17 point  performance chart for each and every student coaching session. We regularly meet with our staff in one-on-one conferences to keep their performance and focus razor sharp. If any coach is less than 100% committed and dedicated to giving our students their very best attention and effort, then we replace them immediately. That rarely happens because our coaches love their jobs and are compensated extremely well for their time. We pay our staff the industry’s highest wages by far. In that way, by paying our coaches great salaries, we are able to recruit and retain the very best staff in the world.
